2. Subscription charges
ClientProof may offer paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or yearly basis.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee and related taxes.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.
If you cancel, your paid plan may remain active until the end of the current billing period, and your subscription will not renew after that date.
4. Refund eligibility
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.
We may review refund requests for exceptional situations, including:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Charges made after a verified cancellation issue
- Other cases where we determine a refund is appropriate
5. Partial periods and unused time
We generally do not provide refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, downgrades, or unused features, unless required by law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the issue and try to resolve it promptly.
