ClientProof is operated by ClientProof. In these Terms, “ClientProof”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the operator of the service.

ClientProof is a software product that helps agencies manage client-facing project visibility, including milestones, updates, files, approvals, and shareable project pages.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in ClientProof, including project details, files, updates, and related materials.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and share that content.

5. Public sharing

ClientProof allows you to share project pages with clients through direct links. You are responsible for how you use those links and what information you choose to expose through them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the service
  • Access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
  • Use the service to violate another person’s rights

7. Billing and plans

ClientProof may offer free and paid plans. Paid features, limits, pricing, and billing terms may change over time.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any related taxes.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. If you cancel a paid subscription, your plan may remain active until the end of the current billing period.

8. Refunds

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform, or use the service in a harmful or abusive way.

ClientProof is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientProof will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
