ClientProof is software for client-facing project delivery, including updates, milestones, files, approvals, and shareable project pages.

Accounts and customer content

You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. You retain ownership of content you upload, and you are responsible for having rights to use and share that content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Upload malware or malicious code
• Attempt to interfere with service security or operations

Billing and plans

ClientProof offers paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate service access for terms violations, abuse, security risk, or harmful behavior.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
